Cleveland | Northeast Ohio Chapter

Established in 1985, the Cleveland Northeast Ohio Chapter is a non-profit organization with over 150 members with professional experience in both public and private sectors.

Members have graduate degrees in a variety of disciplines including marketing, finance, accounting, human resources, information technology, telecommunication, e-commerce and general management.

Approximately 15% of our members are graduate school students, and another 10% are entrepreneurs. The remaining 75% of our membership base have an average of ten years working experience in corporate America.

The Cleveland Northeast Ohio Chapter covers the entire portion of Northeast, Ohio including, Canton, Akron, Kent, Youngstown, Lorain and Elyria.

The Cleveland | Northeast Ohio Chapter was named Chapter of the Year in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2009 and most recently 2009.  The Chapter also received the 2004 & 2005 CAAO Member Tubbs-Jones Economic Impact Award.

The Chapter has implemented programs such as Leaders of Tomorrow, designed to provide mentors and resources to high school students who have demonstrated leadership potential, but marginal academic performance; the Real Estate Investment Empowerment Group, designed to bring together various resources to help members succeed in building wealth through real estate investment; and The Cleveland NEO Ohio Chapter Endowment Fund, designed to make the Chapter financially sustainable in the future and provide scholarship to undergraduate, graduate and PhD students.

As a chapter, we continue to develop and implement programs that are responsive to the current needs of our members and the community at large.

The Chapter is constantly striving for excellence. It is our vision to become recognized as the leading professional organization in Northeast Ohio by providing professional, educational, networking and developmental opportunities for our members, youth and the community at-large.
