Mentoring Program
The Cleveland/Northeast Ohio Chapter of the National Black MBA Association is proud to announce the continuation of our Mentoring Program for 2007-2008 year. One of your benefits as a chapter member is the opportunity to be paired with a senior level executive who can provide you with coaching and counseling & valuable assets that make the difference between success and mediocrity in your career.
Participation is limited to 30 matches between chapter members and Northeast Ohio's senior level executive. There is no cost to participate, and the benefits of participation are immense, including gaining a sharper focus on what is needed to grow professionally, receiving critical feedback on leadership, and the ability to benefit from your mentor's vision and experience. Your mentor also benefits from the satisfaction of being able to share his/her experiences, leaving a professional legacy, and honoring his/her own mentors.
Benefits for mentees include:
- Developing a sharper focus on what is needed to grow professionally
- Receiving critical feedback in key areas such as leadership skills, change management, technical abilities
- Experiential learning – benefit from mentor’s vision and experience

- Gaining satisfaction in sharing expertise with mentee

The mentoring program will begin in June 2007 and end in June 2008. If you are interested in participating in the Chapter's 2007-2008 mentoring program, please download and fill out the mentee application no later than June 8, 2007. Once the mentee application is filled out, please mail it to
