| The REIEG Mission and Operating Principles:
1. To lead in the creation of economic and intellectual wealth for the Black community via real estate investment education.
2. Expand, facilitate, direct, and participate in the economic development of the Black community via real estate investment.
3. Provide direction to the Black community by issuing opinions, establishing positions, recommending viable solutions, and implementing solutions to improve the economic infrastructure of the Black community
4. Increase entrepreneurship within our membership and other constituent bases via teaching the wealth building principles of real estate investment.
REIEG’s Charter:
Provide education in the area of real estate investment, to enhance the opportunity for members to achieve their individual and financial goals, to promote a spirit of understanding and cooperation between beginning and more experienced investors, and to encourage the exchange of ideas between investors.
We will accomplish our objectives in the following ways:
1. Providing education and training to help investors learn and implement real estate investment strategies and management skills.
2. Encouraging and enhancing personal skills and real estate investment acumen that empowers its members to seek financial independence via real estate acquisition and development.
Our goal is to help real estate individuals/entrepreneurs gain practical knowledge of real estate investment and management through education and networking that enhances their chances of financial prosperity.
